At Babylon Health we brought engineering teams together to deliver AI and digital healthcare services to Rwanda. In parallel, we led discovery and designed a change which resulted in a 250% increase in consultations at just a 3% rollout.

From a standing start with no team, we initiated product discovery – exploring and validating user problem scenarios within clinical trials. We led research, defined product strategy and tested hypothesis with a range of MVP styles and lean experiments, to prove potential for innovation.
Overcoming challenges of Agile Transformation, part of our role was Product Manager Coaching. We coached three product managers and offered guidance on delivery for healthy volunteer recruitment to clinical trials, which resulted in a 221% increase.

With a limited amount of time until Funding Circle applied for their FCA license, the right focus involved conducting a gap analysis and working with the engineering team towards compliance with the FCA’s Client Money rules.
Funding Circle then entrusted us to scope and deliver the technology for the Funding Circle Income Fund, which IPOd on the London Stock Exchange.
